Prior to arrival, the team responded quickly via WhatsApp, confirming my room request. Upon arrival, a representative met me and handled all paperwork. The seaplane journey was smooth and efficient. Angelo welcomed me at reception and explained everything. I had breakfast at Farivalhu every day. A great way to start the day. The food was presented beautifully and tasted fresh.

The minibar prices were a bit steep for what was offered.

I dined at several restaurants, all with different vibes. Views were beautiful. I used all three bars. A good selection of drinks including a great cocktail menu was available. Service was very good, too.

The villa was spacious and cleaned twice daily. I had access to an outdoor hottub, offering a private space. The rooms also include air conditioning and a television for entertainment.

The sandbank offers a fine view. I walked around the island each morning and visited the spa pool. The outside areas were beautiful, gardens were well kept, trees were flourishing, and the beach sparkled.

The staff ensures every guest receives top quality treatment and service. Nazeeh stands out as an really good employee. Always making guests feel special. The island team is fantastic, friendly, happy, and helpful.

The resort had varied bars and restaurants. The meals were very tasty with diverse choices. The staff was helpful and kind.

The resort lacked a local representative who spoke my native language. There were too few buggies, considering the size of the premises. I felt it necessary to wait a long time.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay. at the resort

The experience started well, but some issues arose. Villa 367 had muddy chairs, unusable. Strong winds made sitting on the terrace impossible, and the ocean water was murky without many fish. A reception staff did not seem willing to help change the villa without extra cost. This made me disappointed after paying $8000.00.

i appreciated the well kept grounds and plentiful vegetation. all-inclusive was convenient, with varied options. the staff's dedication was amazing. their hard work ensured a pleasant stay for everyone.

occasionally, i experienced slight delays waiting for transportation around the island.
